No company can survive without effective leadership and an organization to support it.  The Webster dictionary describes leadership as "the quality of character and personality giving a person the ability to gain the confidence of and lead others."  You'll notice that this definition begins with "quality of character".  At Executive Edge we believe this is the first most important characteristic of a leader.
